Their presentation, Green Real Estate will provide real answers from experienced green real estate professionals. Answers to such questions as how to evaluate a green REALTOR®, lender, appraiser or point rater; how to find a green or greenable home; how to value it; how to finance the property; and how to navigate this new and dynamic real estate market.
